 Huge Cabin Overlooking Bear Lake!

Sleeps up to 12 people

This 3 story cabin has six bedrooms and three bathrooms and is located directly across from Bear Lake. With two living rooms this family home has room for everyone. The main living room has an open floor plan, stone fireplace and is off the kitchen and dining room area. The second living room is a TV nook on the bottom floor. There is one bedroom with a queen bed on the bottom floor. On the main floor, there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twins. On the top floor, there are three more bedrooms. The master has a king bed, another one has a double bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a deck off of the main floor looking towards the big beach of Bear Lake. Owner has patio furniture for deck in the summer. Firewood provided in winter and a BBQ available in the summer.  Ski in/ski out via Lunch Run or Home Run with a two minute ski trip to the free shuttle to the ski resort.**Please note, during Winter, roads to the houses are closed to wheeled vehicles. As part of your reservation, we provide snowmobile transportation upon your arrival and departure. For your consideration, snowmobile rentals are available through Bear Valley Snowmobile, located in the village.

This home is approximately a 20 minute walk or 1.1 miles from the village center.

**Cabins are located in the subdivision, .5 miles to all village amenities**

This is a great spacious home right across the road to the beach! The owner was helpful and responsive... Our family has been renting this place every year and it’s always fun and relaxing. Lots of things, fun day trip excursions, etc. also nearby.

Only thing I can recommend is when somebody staying at this house I would advise to rent in the snowmobile

This house was perfect for our group of 12 friends. The kitchen/living room/dining room is big enough that everyone can hang out together, and we liked the big porch and view of the lake. Being so close to the beach at the lake was great too. I will say that sound traveled between floors, so bring earplugs if not everyone is on the same sleep schedule.

We've been coming to Bear Valley as a mens' group of 8 for 20 years. Unit 318 met all of our sleeping, cooking, dining and relaxing needs.

This is our third stay at #318. We have a multigenerational family from age70's to 11 years. Ample bedrooms, kitchen works for more than one at a time and easy walk to beach, Lots of closet space, and pantry for our things. This is important, because often with rentals, owners have a lot of their own items with no room for yours. Variety of spices in cupboard, but remember to bring plastic bags, wrap & foil. Plenty of dishes and flatware, plus dishwasher is excellent. BVVR prompt in fixing stove and receptive to our suggestions (like providing a new sponge for clean ups).
