 Cozy, Pet Friendly Studio Condo Sleeps Up To 4!

This is one of our most popular condos to rent and for a good reason, it is located directly across from the Bear Valley Music Festival site; held annually for two weeks beginning the last week of July. This open floor-plan offers a bright kitchen with white appliances, plenty of cabinet and counter space, coffee maker, toaster, cooking essentials and utensils, bar seating and opens up to the dining area with seating for four and living room. The living room boasts a wood burning stove with a river rock wall, media niche, couch and a slider leading to the deck. The bathroom is located on the main level and offers a shower over tub and a separate vanity. The loft offers a king bed, two sleeping pads and many sunlit windows. Enjoy the sunset from the newly remodeled deck. It is a short walk to the village commercial center where you will find the Lodge, General Store and restaurants. Head in the opposite direction and there is the Cross Country and Bear Valley Adventure Company, snowmobile shop and disc golf course. Also providing easy access to everything the area offers such as lakes, rivers and trails with fun for all!

My wife and I love coming to Bear Valley in the summer to paddle our canoe around the beautiful nearby lakes. This condo was perfect for our needs. It is very clean and well stocked. The office staff we worked with (Pamela and Jeanne) were very helpful and accommodating and the housekeeping staff did a very nice job preparing the unit for our arrival. We look forward to returning to this unit next year. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in Creekside Condo #87. While it could stand an update it had everything we could ever need for a home away from home experience in a superb location. The folks at Bear Valley Vacation Rentals were very customer-focused.

We stayed here for a long weekend with our dog. The cabin was nice and clean and we loved the fireplace. The checking/checkout was very quick and the service we got was excellent - we loved that we got a late checkout on Monday which allowed us to spend some extra time skiing before we left.

We've stayed at Creekside 87 several times now. For a childless couple with 2 dogs, it is a combination of good price and decent amenities/comfort. The bed in the loft is comfortable and stable. The upgraded balcony has a good view and nice feel. The fireplace works well and and is well stocked with firewood. It does get hot up in the loft, even when we leave the balcony door open at night....it would be nice if the loft had a ceiling fan or something to move the air better. We made the mistake of having a fire in the evening this summer, which was a big mistake because the loft became an oven all night. We will likely stay here again.

We enjoyed our 20-day stay at #87 Creekside and would like to stay there again next year during the 2018 Bear Valley Music Festival. The condo was private and quiet most of the time and the view from the balcony was refreshing and private. Thanks.

This is a special rental, with beautiful decor and outfitted with everything you could want. We were very cozy here in late September with cold nights. The new king sized bed is a great feature.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Condo was lovely. There are no real supermarkets nearby so bring fruits, vegetables, and coffee from home when traveling. Eating out at the cafe and pizza pub were wonderful but expensive.

Yes, overall we enjoyed our stay at this condo. We have stayed here before. There are a few items in the kitchen that could be replaced but by and large, it met our needs that are very simple. This condo or condo #81 where we have also stayed will always be the ones that we aim for when we come to BV. Number 87 has the advantage of WI-Fi connection though we don't always bring our laptop with us but it's still good to have that available. We love BV and wished we could have stayed longer. THank you

We really like the unit#87 because it has a king bed. To make it more comfortable we have to pad the bed up a bit but otherwise we love the unit. Would definitely stay here again. Cute and cozy! Beautiful view from the patio :) Nice location for the fishng we do at Lake Alpine and Spicer.

My husband and I have now stayed in Creekside Condo 87 three times (anywhere from 4 to 7 days) and have thoroughly enjoyed every stay, but it was especially hard to leave this time. My early-morning routine has become going out with my dog and my coffee to climb up the granite rocks across the way, getting a little exercise,enjoying the sunny warmth and beautiful view while she thrills to all the exciting sniffs. A plus this year was the music festival orchestra practicing, wafting silvery notes through the early morning air, and we enjoyed being able to just walk across the way to the tent to attend a concert one evening. We find the condo homey,cozy, comfortable and well-appointed, the location great, love walking the dog around the valley at sunset after a day out hiking or at the lake, and stepping outside last thing at night to see a swath of bright stars against a black velvet sky, then falling asleep in the very comfortable king bed, sinking into the deep mountain silence. Everything went completely smoothly with our booking, check-in and check-out - everyone is a delight to deal with, friendly and helpful. Bear Valley is a gem, showcasing the best of the Sierras - I always have an amazing sense of well-being here. A special experience not to be missed, and we are grateful to the owners of condo 87 and all the people at Bear Valley Real Estate vacation rentals for making it possible for us.

We have stayed in several of the units at Bear Valley. This is one of our favorites. Another favorite is #110. Our trips are focused on fishing Spicer Reservior and Lake Alpine. Beautiful country so we like to hike and walk as well. Diane
