Corner studio with a loft maximizes space efficiently to sleep up to four guests. The fully equipped kitchen has been updated with new granite countertops, new faucet and offers Frigidaire appliances, coffee maker, toaster, portable dishwasher and cooking utensils. The kitchen opens up to the cozy living room and dining area. The living room boasts a queen sleeper sofa, wood burning fireplace and a sleeping nook with two twin beds. The loft offers a queen bed, full size washer and dryer and a separate full bathroom with a vanity and a glass enclosed shower over tub. There is a slider leading to the private balcony off the dining area to let in a lot of natural light.

Staying at Creekside Condo #7 was ideal for me and my two teen daughters. It is practically a stone's throw from the Bear Valley Lodge (pizza, store) and just a quick jaunt to ski at Bear Valley Resort. The condo is small and very simple, but the layout is great and gives enough space for all. The cozy nook with two twin beds is a plus - it's like a semi-private, tiny den for kids/teens. Wifi is decent, and very simple TV & old Roku so don't expect a high-tech experience (which was fine for us). The Bear Valley Vacation Rentals team was great and check-in/out was a snap. We will be back!

Second time staying in this condo. It works great for our family of 2 adults and 2 school age kids. The kid's room/nook is a great use of space. Plenty of hooks and storage, games to play, kitchen supplies. We have stayed in fancier/more modern condos in BV, but this one does a great job for a more affordable price.

The staff at Bear Valley Real Estate were very responsive and returned emails and answered questions very quickly. The condo was clean and well maintained. A great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Creekside #7. The queen sized bed was super comfy and the kitchen was well-stocked. We only had one issue with the hot water heater malfunctioning, but Bear Valley Real Estate was very prompt in getting it fixed for us. We love Bear Valley. It is a beautiful spot winter or summer.

We had a very nice stay! It was very quiet, and peaceful, yet close to lots of fun snow areas. We would stay again!
