There is a king size bed in the master and a queen in the second bedroom. The kids will be more than comfortable on the sleeper sofa (double size) in the living room with a memory foam mattress topper. Love this place! Visited in July and October of 2020. Condo is nicely appointed, open concept living area, and well-stocked. The Bear Valley Vacations Rental Co is great to work with! They are right there to pick up the phone when you call. We're already looking forward to next summer!

We really enjoyed our stay at Silver Mountain 208 (SM208), a 2 bed/2 bath condo. Unit was very clean and spacious. It had all the kitchen utensils/tools we need, and adequate bathroom linens too. Each of the two bedrooms was quite big, with enough room for kids to sleep on the floor (we found a memory foam mat in the ottoman). We had 4 adults and 2 kids, and there was easily enough room for us all, especially with the pull-out sofa in the living room. The underground parking was also great, as it fit our tall truck (7' roof height). It is an easy walk over to the BV commercial center, for restaurants or get some items at the general store. Overall, it was a great visit!

Since making reservation my friend became disabled and unable to use stairs. This condo was cleaned and prepared for us. We now had a place in an elevator building. Thanks so much for saving our weekend.

We love staying with The Bear Valley Real Estate rentals, we have been staying with them for over 10 years. Our entire family has always been treated so well by all of their staff. Their staff always thrives to make your stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible. The unit 208 in the silver mountain condo is very comfortable and well stocked in the kitchen. The owners take pride in this unit.
