Well maintained, sunny studio loft condo is spacious and quiet. The perfect place for a relaxing and beautiful nature-filled getaway. Open the curtains to let in tons of sunlight. The kitchen offers tile counter tops, white appliances, coffee maker and is well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. The living room offers a small couch that doubles as a sleeper sofa, a wood burning stove and opens up to the dining area with seating for four as well as many sunlit windows. The semi-enclosed loft offers a queen bed, TV and a full bathroom. This condo is located across from the Bear Valley library and near the disc golf course. A short walk away you will find all the village amenity, including the Adventure Company/Gas Station, Snowmobile Shop and commercial center where The Lodge, General Store, restaurants and bar are located.

We have rented condos from Bear Valley Vacations several times, and each time it is as expected and has gone off without an issue. The units have all been very clean and as described.

We took the family to snowmobile ,stayed in a condo its was perfect and the location great ,could walk to eat ,loved everything about condo had a great weekend also the staff was wonderful very friendly and helpful !!

Condo 119 was very comfortable. Our two kids (ages 9 and 12) slept on the pull-out sofa bed. The parents slept on the queen bed in the upper level. The condo is split-level; it's one space with no separate rooms. We had plenty of closet space and room to cook in the kitchen. The heat worked, there were plenty of blankets, and all the appliances worked. The condo was more spacious than we expected. Even with the sofa pulled out, there is room to play on the floor and eat at the dining table. We took the shuttle bus to the ski resort and returned by skiing down Lunch Run. (Feb. 2016.)

Very nice condo, excellent service by Vacation Rentals staff. Super clean, very well equipped. Great view. The only thing missing: a wifi connection. Thank you!

The kitchen and bathroom were small. It would be nice to have a deck. The kitchen was VERY well equipped. It would be nice to have a deck. The location is excellent.
